This project included the reconstruction and adaptive re-use of the historic Seaview morgue structure into a community recreational center. It also preserves the remains of a historic wall, which will function as an organizing element to divide active and passive activities on the exterior grounds. The new structure boasts support offices, locker rooms, classrooms, exercise and dance studios and a community meeting room. New recreational facilities include: two basketball courts, two tennis courts, one bocci court, one horseshow pit and bleachers.
